Owners must obtain prior written approval from the Association for any physical change to the exterior of the property. Owners must submit a written request identifying the proposed change(s) to the Board of Directors (“Board”). If the proposed physical changes are substantial, architectural plans may be required. The Board in its sole discretion will approve or disapprove of the owner’s request, in writing within thirty (30) days subject to appropriate conditions required by the Board, pursuant to the Association’s Governing Documents (see list below) and current Association rules and regulations. The Association exterior physical change approvals are in addition to any governmental approvals e.g. zoning clearance, building permits, etc.
